About

I left the clinical path not because it was wrong, but because it didn't fully match the work I felt called to do. Traditional therapy can be deeply supportive — and I've found that many people are also looking for something it doesn't offer.

Traditional therapy can be essential — and sometimes it isn’t the whole picture.

With an MA in Philosophy, an MA in Teaching and Education, and graduate training in clinical mental health counseling — I'm not a licensed therapist — I bring a specific kind of rigor to this work. I know the clinical world well enough to know what it can and can't reach.

I help you understand, not just experience.

A session isn't just something that happens to you. I'm here to help you make sense of what came through — what it means, why it came forward, and what to do with it.

I speak both languages.

If you're someone who needs things to make sense, who asks "why," who's skeptical but curious—I understand. I've been there, and I still struggle with quieting my own Ego. We all do. I can meet you where you are and guide you into deeper spiritual territory.

Safety is built in.

My training means I know how to navigate what arises in deep work. You're always in control. Nothing happens that you don't allow.

You won't be judged.

Whether you're a total believer or a curious skeptic, whether you've had spiritual experiences your whole life or this is brand new—you're welcome here exactly as you are.

From the Classroom
to the Soul

The shift happened during a retreat in the Rocky Mountains. I realized I was trying to fit a spiritual life into a clinical box, and it wasn't working.

Then I found the work of Dolores Cannon. Her method (QHHT®) was the first thing I’d found that honored everything: the psychological, the physical, and the intuitive. It felt like coming home.

I pivoted from the path of a licensed counselor to become a guide for the soul—developing my own methods, like Expanded Consciousness Hypnosis, to help people find their own "home" within themselves.

That pivot eventually led to One Door, Many Rooms — a podcast about what actually happens in regression sessions and what those stories reveal about the human experience.

Trusting her internal compass.

After years of chronic stress and emotional fatigue, Maya reached out during a low point. Through small, consistent steps, she rediscovered stability and reconnected with her creative energy.
